Choice of Hake an Papillote OR Corn and Courgette Fritters

Choose between fillets of Hake, a sustainable white fish, en papillote, ready to be cooked in less than 15 minutes or vegetarian corn and courgette fritters. Both served with handmade tartare sauce with herbs, cornichons, and capers.
