Choose between beef tenderloin, herb crusted lamb racks. Lamb has an optional lamb gravy to be added on.

This meal will be delivered between 10:00-13:00 on Sunday morning, but if you are planning on eating this meal for lunch, please email us so we an accommodate an earlier delivery during this time frame.

Seared Beef Tenderloin with Beef Gravy

Herb Crusted Lamb Racks

Seared herb crusted whole lamb racks ready to be roasted in the oven. Each lamb rack has 7-8 bones, and will carve into 7-8 lamb lollipops, feeding 3 portions each. Allergens: N/A

Grilled Asparagus

Honey Glazed Roasted Carrots with Spiced Hazelnuts and Herbs

Spring Vegetable and Ricotta tart

Puff pastry tart topped with herbed ricotta, shaved courgette, asparagus and peas. Allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs
